Exchange Policy
Exchange Window: If you like to swap and exchange your purchases, please contact us within 1 week after you receive your item(s).
Eligible Conditions: Item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and with all tags attached.
Shipping & Fees: While we are happy to facilitate size/color exchanges, please note that the cost of return postage/DHL fee and the shipping of the replacement pair to be borne by the customer.
SPECIAL OFFER items ARE NOT RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE !
- To start a swap & exchange, you can contact us at cskutsu@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 10 Anson Road, #02-88A International Plaza, Singapore 079903.
- We recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Kindly take note that return fee to be borne by sender.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns based on natural leather characteristics. This includes, but is not limited to, slight color variations, natural scars, or crease lines. As leather is a soft and organic material, creasing at flex points is normal and does not constitute a defect.
